Dr. Moonnumakal is a contracted provider for some insurance plans. If this is not the case for you, yet your plan allows you to select a provider of your choice, we are happy to submit a claim to your insurance on your behalf. Please call the office so that we can gather some information and help you determine which category you may be in!

We want to make your child as comfortable as possible! Parents are welcome to be present with their children for the initial examination. For treatment appointments, we may ask that you allow your child to accompany our staff to allow them to build a better rapport with us. Special circumstances can certainly be discussed with Dr. Moon on a case by case basis.

Dr. Moon and staff pride themselves on explaining procedures to patients in a simple and non-threatening manner. Prior to treatment appointments, we ask that you refrain from using words like “shot,” “hurt,” or “drill” to prepare your child. Our staff is trained to explain procedures to patients using words that are pleasant and create less anxiety.
